All orders will ship with 2-3 business days after purchase.

All shipments are fully insured via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted.

Once shipped, the package is typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Please note items are shipped from Hawaii therefore longer shipping duration is expected.

A tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped, which will enable you to track your parcel independently.

Items will be eligible for a refund, once the returned items is received and inspected. Big Island Jewelers will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

A refund will be issued, crediting your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Custom orders are non-refundable

We prefer the natural color of 14kt white gold and do not rhodium plate our jewelry. As a result, our 14kt white gold pieces have a slight yellow tone color that we prefer.

We are able to assist with repairs to the jewelry you purchased from Big Island Jewelers.  Repair fees will vary therefore please contact us for details.
